Cookie Recipe - CoCo Wheats Cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup CoCo Wheats
1-1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt (Optional)
1/2 cup raisins and/or nutmeats
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream together butter/margarine and sugar. Blend in eggs. Mix in rest of dry ingredients. Add raisins and/or nutmeats and mix well.
Drop by spoonsful on buttered cookie sheets and bake 10 - 12 minutes.
Makes: 24 - 28 cookies
TIP: For a smoother consistency, soak CoCo Wheats in cold water for 30-60 minutes. Drain. Add to Recipe.
