Tuna Recipe - Tuna Burgers
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Fryin' Magic
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup soft bread crumbs
3 cans (6-1/2 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 lettuce leaves
6 round buns, cut into halves, buttered, and toasted
Tartar sauce
1. Beat eggs slightly in a bowl. Mix in ketchup, Fryin' Magic, onion, pepper, bread crumbs, and tuna. Shape into 6 patties.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook on each side 3-1/2 minutes, or until browned.
3. To serve, place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of buns and spread with tartar sauce; add burgers and bun tops.
YIELD: 6 servings
