Hush Puppies Recipe
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Country Style Miracle Maize
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup finely minced onion (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Drop from tablespoon into 360°F deep fryer for 3 minutes. Fry crisp and brown. Serve with fish, ham, pork chops, or bacon and eggs.
Makes about 8 hush puppies.
